Every single interaction I have had with the folks at Chesapeake Spas has been excellent. I purchased a salt-water system (and I absolutely love the way it makes my skin feel), and my salesperson Harry Early promised he would help me every step of the way in learning how to understand, operate and maintain this system. He has consistently over-delivered on that promise. He takes my calls and answers my questions and always makes time to help me when I stop in the store with questions. I seriously wish every big purchase came with this level of customer service.

Great place! Very knowledgeable and helped us find the right fit for our first hot tub. They also even came out not only to deliver it for free but came back again to bring us all of the chemicals we needed and to teach us how to maintain the water balance levels. Really great place and I definitely recommend them.
